- Getting started where there is no representative yet — the panel subscription is sold per market, and not every market has one. Tell us your language and what you want to publish; we will say honestly where things stand.
- Choosing a tier — not sure whether you need Start, Standard or Creative? Describe what you are writing and who reads it in two sentences. The short version: one page is Start, one domain with a site and a blog is Standard, several domains under one panel is Creative. If what you are building is a catalogue rather than a readership, the answer may be the Business tier on shopnseo.com — we will say so.
- The Server tier — for organisations wanting the platform on their own machine. It is priced case by case, so this is the right place to start that conversation.

- Anything on this site — corrections, ideas, or a broken link you spotted.
If your question is about a specific community server — its rules, your account on it — the right address is whoever runs it: each space on the platform is operated independently by its owner.
