About Us — Qwetru, the Platform Side for Writers and Bloggers

Who we are and why: Qwetru is the side of the HILDUS platform for people who write books chapter by chapter, run blogs, and gather readers around them. The site, the audience and the income belong to the author, not to an intermediary platform. What we promise and what we don't.

Qwetru is the side of the community platform for people who create with their heads: who write books chapter by chapter, keep a blog with an archive of their own, and gather readers around them. It rests on one idea: an online community should belong to the person who built it.

What's wrong with someone else's platform

An author who publishes on a platform they don't own is renting space. The readers gather there, but the followers, the comments and the archive are not theirs: an algorithm decides whether anyone sees a new chapter, an account can be blocked without explanation, the rules change unilaterally, and moving an audience to another platform is almost impossible. It is a good deal — for the platform.

What we do

We give an author a place of their own: a book whose chapters are entries with their own address and their own place in the table of contents, a blog with an archive worth browsing, a magazine, a forum, and a reader account with registration by email. The engine is the same as on the commerce side of the platform, Shopnseo, but the craft is different: chapters instead of products, characters instead of brands, readers with accounts instead of shoppers with carts. Our Story tells how it came about.

What stays with you

The audience, the advertising and the profit are yours. The ad block is built in the same control panel, and nobody takes a cut of what your site earns — subscriptions, advertising, books sold. The archive can be exported, the subscription moved to your own domain, and the platform or the regional representative changed — the data sits in your own space. The platform is developed by the HILDUS foundation, which writes the software and sells nothing.

Who it is for

Authors who publish books chapter by chapter, bloggers, essayists, journalists, artists — and readers who want to belong to a place rather than feed an algorithm. There is no lower limit on scale: the site of a girl who draws pictures to order is as full a case for the platform as a trilogy in twelve parts.

What we don't promise

The platform doesn't write for you and doesn't gather the audience. It does the mechanical half — speed, structure, the sitemap, metadata — and the other half stays with you: original text, published regularly. Readers take months, and the first ten are harder to win than the next thousand. The built-in AI assistant helps you write and edit, but the author remains you.

And an honest word on reach: there is so far one regional representative — qwetru.ru, for the Russian-speaking market. If there is none for your language, write to us through the contact form: we'll tell you how things stand rather than sell you what doesn't exist yet.
